TOXIC HOLOCAUST: New Video Interview Available
May 21, 2009HardTimes.ca conducted an interview with Joel Grind of thrashers TOXIC HOLOCAUST when they played Montreal, Quebec, Canada on May 17, 2009 with NAPALM DEATH. Watch the 12-minute chat below.
"Nuke The Cross", the new video from TOXIC HOLOCAUST, can be viewed below. The second clip from the band's Relapse debut, "An Overdose Of Death…", was directed by Jamie Robilard in Oregon just prior to the group's recent tour.
TOXIC HOLOCAUST's Joel Grind commented: "[The 'Nuke the Cross'] video has some similar themes as the last one (i.e. waste barrels, fire, etc.) but everything has been taken to 10! The danger level to band and crew has definitely been taken up a notch...it's one of those things that you are going to have to see to understand. I don't wanna spoil it just yet. Filming took place in a few locations in Oregon, the main scene especially looks amazing as it was filmed in an old burned down saw mill in Vernonia. Just a note to everyone, booze and fire don't mix, but it makes things so much more fun!"
TOXIC HOLOCAUST has just completed its participation in the "Campaign For Musical Destruction Tour 2009" with NAPALM DEATH, KATAKLYSM, COLISEUM, and TRAP THEM. This four-week tour included a stop at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival in Worcester, Massachusetts as well as two free in-stores in South Carolina and Georgia.
